Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail or managerial experience.
• Satisfactory completion of National Retail Hardware Association test within three months of starting.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Interact and assist customers and associates throughout the store.
• Assist store manager with cleanliness and appearance of the store.
• Train and supervise store personnel as needed.
