Job summary

Trainees complete Farmers Academy training, Thrive rotations, and three in-person live trainings, with placement into a permanent Store Manager role based on performance and geographic needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 3 years supervisory retail/sales experience preferred.
• Must have a valid State Driver’s License and be able to travel overnight.
• Combination of training, experience and education acceptable to meet requirements for the role.

Responsibilities

• Complete Farmers Academy training, Thrive Program rotations, live training events, projects, assessments, and required documentation.
• Attend initial online Orientation with Supervisor to review structure and timelines.
• Participate in weekly SMT Check In Meetings and support day-to-day store operations.
• Operate and demonstrate proficiency in the company’s POS systems and store tools.
• Sell merchandise, process installments, take payments, and assist with account approvals.
• Assist with inventory counts, store displays, promotions, and events.
• May work across multiple store locations to meet training needs and may manage a store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Travel to training locations and submit travel expense reports per policy.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
