Job summary

Buckle in Broomfield, CO is hiring a Leader in Training and Floor Leader for the Flat Iron Crossing store. This part-time, on-site role supports the Store Manager and Leadership Team by performing sales, merchandising, and basic operations to create an enjoyable shopping experience for Guests.

You will help recruit teammates, develop sales, handle cashiering, display merchandise, and maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Retail or guest-service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
