SNIPES is seeking a Manager in Training to fully manage store staff and operations in the absence of Store Manager and Assistant Manager. This entry-level management role focuses on leading teams and achieving store goals.

You will drive sales, support merchandising standards, and collaborate with managers to meet the store’s objectives while maintaining excellent customer service and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Retail experience (2+ years) preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus but not required.
• Able to respond to store alarm problems as needed.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Strong drive to achieve results and take initiative with problem solving.
• Must be able to stand for long periods during shifts.
• Lifting between 15–30 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate leadership in driving sales and profitability and provide high level customer service.
• Help Store Manager/Assistant Manager communicate store goals to the team.
• Assist in monitoring and evaluating performance: sales volume, hourly production, UPTs, loss prevention.
• Demonstrate leadership to support store management in staffing and operations.
• Ensure floor set guides and promotions are executed timely and correctly.
• Direct and maintain merchandise presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards.
• Recognize customer needs and ensure assortments meet them.
• Coordinate markdowns and transfers with Store Manager.
• Help ensure store cleanliness on sales floor and in stockroom.
