Job summary

You will lead teams, communicate store objectives, and implement business initiatives to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. Strong supervisory experience and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For firearms facilities, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
• Associates will attend and complete job trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties and recognizing performance.
• Lead teams across store operations, use OBW service model, and promote a culture of belonging.
• Drive store financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses while ensuring customer satisfaction.
