Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy with hands-on operations and people leadership. You’ll drive sales, oversee openings/closings, mentor staff, and keep brand standards high while managing scheduling and payroll.

This role promotes from within and offers growth toward store leadership. Ideal candidates bring supervisory experience or a bachelor’s degree, a keen eye for fashion trends, and a strong customer focus.
