Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy, operations, styling expertise, and people leadership. You will open/close the store, drive sales, and coach staff to deliver exceptional customer service.

Leaders are expected to recruit, train, and develop teammates while maintaining brand standards and in-store displays. The role promotes from within, with opportunities to grow into future leadership positions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and brand awareness.
• Ability to coach others, balance multiple tasks, and stay detail-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom, ensuring excellent service and seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling, and payroll-related tasks.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
