Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and/or 2 to 4 years of experience in retail store management.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading teams in a selling environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Up to 15% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead partners to foster a service & selling culture and exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Review goals with partners, providing coaching, feedback, and recognition; lead on the sales floor during peak hours.
• Implement and maintain training plans to improve store performance across operations and merchandising.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to adapt to changing business needs and schedules; assist with interviewing and hiring.
• Plan and execute volume-driving events engaging the local community.
• Lead and coach associates in customer engagement through loyalty programs and achieve targets.
