Job summary

Sunglass Hut, part of Luxottica, is seeking an Assistant Manager II to join our leadership team. You’ll partner with the Store/Multi Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, coach associates, merchandise effectively and drive retail excellence.

You’ll spend most of your time on the sales floor, develop customer relationships, uphold brand standards and lead talent acquisition through interviews in partnership with store leadership. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute store operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in partnership with Store/Multi Store Manager.
• Coach associates, merchandise effectively and drive retail excellence.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships using brand tools.
• Execute brand standards and store policies consistently.
• Identify opportunities for development and talent acquisition through interviews.
• Communicate promotions, incentives and brand strategy to the team.
• Spend the majority of time on the sales floor delivering results.
