Job summary

Sunglass Hut, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking an Assistant Manager II to join our leadership team. You will partner with the Store/Multi Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, coaching, merchandising, talent acquisition and retail excellence.

You will spend time on the sales floor, develop customer relationships, and ensure brand standards and promotions are executed. Requires 1+ years of leadership in retail and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in store operations or retail environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution of store policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store functions in partnership with Store/Multi Store Manager.
• Develop associates, coach performance and create an inspiring work environment.
• Acquire talent through recruiting and interviewing with the Store/Multi Store Manager.
• Maintain brand standards and execute promotions and policies.
• Develop customer relationships and maximize sales tools on the floor.
