Sunglass Hut, part of EssilorLuxottica, invites you to join our leadership team as an Assistant Manager I. You will partner with the Store/Multi Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, coaching, merchandising, talent acquisition and retail excellence.

You’ll deliver sales plans, coach associates, and drive customer relationships while maintaining brand standards and store presentation. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership on the sales floor and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience.
• Demonstrates expertise in every aspect of store operation.
• Detail-oriented.
• Uses critical thinking to deliver absolute execution of the operational components of the store.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plan and develop associates.
• Use reporting tools to identify gaps and capitalize on successes.
• Provide ongoing coaching for all associates.
• Acquire talent via networking and interviews with Store/ Multi Store Manager.
• Spend majority of time on the sales floor.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Maintain brand standards.
• Maintain store merchandising standards.
• Know product knowledge and stay current on products.
• Ensure execution of operational policies and procedures.
• Communicate brand strategy and promotions to the team.
