Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience with strong communication, decision-making, and sales-driving skills.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge.
• Capable of lifting, loading, and delivering merchandise with safety.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, supervising, scheduling, training, and developing store personnel.
• Ensure clear and effective communication with employees and customers.
• Help meet sales targets, maintain inventory levels, and optimize cash flow.
• Take responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Ensure customers receive WOW! service and transform complaints into positive experiences.
• Drive store productivity and maintain merchandising standards.
• Enforce PPE use and promote workplace safety.
• Support budgeting efforts and monitor expense controls to maximize profitability.
