Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, supervising, scheduling, training, and developing store personnel to maintain a high-performance team.
• Communicate clearly with employees and customers to foster a positive, engaging environment.
• Support sales targets by driving customer service, merchandising, and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Manager to maintain efficiency and adherence to standards.
• Lead safety, PPE compliance, and risk management activities to protect staff and customers.
• Analyze financial performance, monitor expenses, and support budgeting efforts to maximize profitability.
