Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience with strong communication, decision-making, and sales-driving skills.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge.
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise safely.
• ASE Certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, supervising, scheduling, training, and developing store personnel.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve concerns to create positive experiences.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support store merchandising and operations.
