Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Retail leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate employees to achieve sales management goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Maintain Skechers' visual merchandising standards with strong product displays and store layouts.
• Monitor stock levels, restocking processes, and organize the sales floor for a seamless shopping experience.
• Oversee store systems including scheduling and opening/closing procedures; support peak operations (lift up to 50 lbs).
• Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and exceeding sales goals.
• Proactively address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
