Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. Panda offers comprehensive leadership training, mentorship, and support from a caring Panda community to fuel your success.

You will support a single store’s operations, hire and direct staff, and drive financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Three weeks or more of leadership training will prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and support store leadership.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership training and mentorship to ensure successful store performance.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
