Qualifications

• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Provide leadership training and development to store staff; participate in a multi-week leadership training program to prepare for success.
