Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store/Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily operations and drive performance in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead scheduling, training, and the execution of merchandising and customer service programs.

You will recruit and develop Associates, manage payroll and safety, and ensure adherence to company policies while maintaining store standards and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience.
• Fluency in English.
