Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Las Vegas to drive store strategy, enhance sales, and develop a high-performing team. You will guide clienteling efforts, ensure brand standards, and serve as the main contact for HQ and regional partners.

The role emphasizes coaching staff, managing day-to-day operations, and preserving premier client service while supporting the Store Manager in achieving profitability and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in retail management or a related role.
• Strong leadership, communication, customer service, financial management, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or related software.
• Luxury retail or service-oriented experience and an established client book are preferred.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and early or late shifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales, KPIs, expenses, and financial performance, and support store action plans.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and support performance management for store associates.
• Develop client relationships and ensure effective clienteling, CRM, and customer service.
• Oversee daily operations, inventory, cash handling, scheduling, payroll budgets, and store presentation.
• Lead store operations and team performance when the Store Manager is absent.
