Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Operations Support Associate in Las Vegas to help keep store operations running smoothly. The role focuses on inventory control, replenishment, and supporting the sales floor to ensure a positive customer experience.

The position may also assist customers and contribute to store presentation as business needs require, with flexibility for varied shifts and duties across front- and back-of-house tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Effective communication with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to lift or climb as needed, up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Process deliveries, freight, tags, and RFID inventory scans; manage replenishment, transfers, and Ship to Home orders.
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory, and deliver merchandise to sales associates.
• Assist customers, support sales transactions, and help maintain clean, welcoming sales and fitting-room areas.
• Participate in visual merchandising and uphold store presentation standards.
• Collaborate with team members and support front- and back-of-house operations.
