You will collaborate with the Store Manager to recruit, train, and schedule staff while maintaining excellent customer service and inventory control. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a commitment to WOW! service.

Qualifications

• Basic automotive parts knowledge.
• Proven leadership experience with strong communication and sales skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficient in managing and reconciling store financials (P&L).

• Assist Store Manager with recruiting, supervising, and scheduling.
• Lead in delivering WOW! customer service and sales growth.
