Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, supervising, scheduling, training, and developing store personnel.
• Ensure clear and effective communication with employees and customers.
• Help meet sales targets and optimize store performance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organize a visually appealing shopping environment.
• Support budgeting, expense controls, and profitability goals.
