Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Proven ability to lead, develop and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales, expenses, and core operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving with shrink focus.
• Attract, recruit and develop Associates; mentor and create a positive work environment.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets and store changes; contribute to succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and store efficiency.
