Spencer Gifts – Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee Guest Services and support the Store Manager in daily operations. You will drive sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses, and ensuring effective merchandising and inventory control.

Qualified candidates have prior retail or management experience, are at least 18 years old, and can stand and lift up to 50 pounds. The role offers hourly pay with a comprehensive benefits package.

• This position will work up to 38 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
