Spencer Gifts – Spirit Halloween in Camp Hill is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead guest services and assist the Store Manager in daily operations. This role supports staffing, merchandising, inventory control, and expense management to drive sales and profitability.

Minimum age is 18; prior retail/management experience is required. The position offers hourly pay from $16.75 to $17.00 with benefits including 401K, health plans, paid time off, and a merchandise discount.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
