Spencer Gifts – Spirit Halloween in Wisconsin is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, manage staff, and uphold company policies.

The role requires prior retail or management experience, the ability to stand for long periods (up to 8+ hours) and lift up to 50 pounds, and a willingness to work up to 38 hours weekly; a strong focus on guest services and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or management experience is required.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Physical demands include standing for more than 8 hours, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and tasks to maximize sales and profitability.
• Develop staff and control expenses and shrinkage.
• Manage merchandising and inventory in accordance with company policies.
