Spencer Gifts – Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in a retail environment. You will lead guest services, support store operations, and help drive sales while managing staff, expenses, and inventory according to company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management and guest service is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience with store operations and merchandising is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Support the Store Manager in operations to maximize sales and profitability.
• Develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage, and oversee merchandising and inventory control in line with company policies.
