Spencer Gifts – Spirit Halloween in Colorado is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to help run day-to-day store operations and deliver strong guest service. You will work with the Store Manager to maximize sales and profitability through staff development, merchandising, and inventory control.

Applicants should have prior retail/management experience, be at least 18 years old, and endure standing, walking, ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

• Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
• Minimum age 18.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operations to maximize sales and profitability.
• Develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage, and manage merchandising and inventory in line with policies.
