Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily activities, help customers, and ensure merchandise is well organized on the sales floor and stockroom.

You will participate in opening/closing procedures, follow corporate directives, and help manage store displays and promotions while supporting a positive, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical store duties.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers with questions and concerns in a positive manner.
• Move merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications as required.
• Maintain storefront fixtures, displays, and promotional effectiveness.
