Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager on daily operations, labor and sales.
• Active selling and building customer relationships across channels.
• Lead opening/closing routines, security and end-of-day reporting.
• Handle scheduling input, compliance docs, and basic P&L awareness.
• Monitor store metrics and drive improvements.
• Provide coaching and succession development for the team.
