Famous Footwear in Minnesota's Eagan area is seeking a dedicated Store Manager to lead its sales floor and daily operations. You will coach associates, drive sales, manage inventory, scheduling, and ensure flawless customer experiences across our footwear brands.

You’ll partner with the Store Manager to recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop talent, while upholding company policies, controlling costs, and maintaining a positive, inclusive team culture that aligns with our Total Rewards

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of sales experience, retail preferred.
• Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training people.
• Ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate with associates.
• Ability to train and develop associates for great customer experiences.
• Uses independent judgment with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Strong problem solving, analysis, decision making and basic finance.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.
