• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training, listening to associates, and providing feedback.
• Drives store operations, merchandising, and customer service to meet sales and service goals.
• Coordinates budgets, forecasts, and expense control for the designated store area.
• Ensures compliance with policies and supports a culture of belonging and ethics.
