Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet customers and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling employees and training; conduct safety meetings; ensure policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise receiving, stocking, restocking and displays per planograms.
• Maintain inventory levels and controls; assist with cash handling and deposits.
• Assist with store management in the Store Manager's absence.
