Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet customers and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees and training; conduct safety meetings and enforce policies.
• Follow processes to manage merchandise: receiving, stocking, restocking, and displays.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels and control damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Support planograms and ensure merchandise presentation aligns with Store Manager direction.
• Assist with financial integrity: cash handling, refunds, overrides, tills, and deposits.
• Assist in store management in Store Manager's absence.
