Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year retail experience and six months supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet customers, operate cash register, and itemize purchases.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling staff, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Follow company processes to receive, stock, restock, and display merchandise.
• Maintain inventory accuracy; control damages, markdowns, scans, and paperwork.
• Ensure planograms are followed and merchandise is presented per standards.
• Maintain cashier accountability; deposit money and manage refunds/overrides.
• Assist in store management during the Store Manager's absence.
