Dollar General is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Carrollton, GA, to help maintain a clean, organized store with a customer-first focus. You will assist with supervision of staff, merchandise presentation, banking deposits, and daily store profitability under the Store Manager’s direction.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and retail experience with supervisory exposure. Strong communication, math skills, and cash handling are essential for success in this role.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of retail experience and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service leadership, greet customers, and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling and training of employees.
• Follow processes to manage merchandise, receive, stock, and build displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and manage damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Support planograms and merchandise presentation per Store Manager guidance.
• Assist with financial integrity: cashier accountability, refunds, deposits.
• Assist in store management in the Store Manager's absence.
