Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and support staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences and store performance.
• Participate in or complete the store leadership training program (3+ weeks) to prepare for success.
