Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a Panda Express store. You will assist daily operations, guide a team of associates, and strive to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We offer a 3+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success, and we expect flexibility to work varying shifts, including openings, closings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be able to relocate to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operations of a single Panda store and help drive financial goals.
• Hire, manage and direct store associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
