Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager in California to oversee a single Panda Express store, hire and lead team members, and drive financial and service excellence.

You will participate in a multi-week leadership training program and receive ongoing development support from a caring Panda community. This role offers growth into management positions and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be able to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Open to flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification is preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store and supervise associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Hire, manage and direct store associates and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide 3+ weeks of store leadership training and ongoing development opportunities.
