Responsibilities

• Assume store manager duties when the manager is absent, including sales, inventory, labor, scheduling, cash handling, and maintenance logging.
• Lead the team to follow mission, vision and values; coach and train staff; provide corrective action as needed.
• Ensure paper- and system-based documentation is complete and up to date.
• Maintain store presentation, displays, and planograms to standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Promote safety standards and EPA compliance; report hazards.
