Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Able to move freely around store (inside and outside).
• Able to climb stairs and ladders, kneel, bend, and stoop.
• Able to push or pull equipment and items.
• Lifts up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Takes on all store manager responsibilities when the manager is not present, such as building sales, managing inventory, scheduling shifts, and cash handling.
• Lead by example to ensure mission, vision and core values are followed.
• Coach and train staff, provide corrective action, and actively lead all store teams.
• Ensure paperwork is complete and up to date for new hires and current employees.
• Follow presentation standards and keep the store clean and organized.
• Ensure promos, displays, and planograms are followed; deliver food/service per playbook.
• Be a friendly representative and resolve customer issues; promote EPA compliance and safety.
• Cover additional shifts when needed.
