Good 2 Go Stores LLC in Grand Junction, Colorado is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and manage team performance in a fast-paced retail setting. You’ll be the point person when the store manager is away, ensuring customer service excellence and smooth inventory, labor, and cash processes.

Qualifications

• Prior retail leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and lead a team.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• Ability to manage inventory and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Take on all store manager responsibilities when the manager is not present, such as building sales, managing inventory, managing labor, scheduling shifts, cash management, and logging maintenance issues.
• Lead the store in following mission, vision and core values.
• Mentor and coach team, provide corrective action, and lead all store teams.
• Ensure paperwork is complete for new hires and existing employees.
• Maintain store presentation and cleanliness.
• Ensure promos, displays, and planograms are followed.
• Deliver the best customer service and maintain product quality per guidelines.
• Be friendly with customers and resolve issues.
• Train employees on safety and EPA compliance and related documentation.
