Job summary

Good 2 Go Stores LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee store operations, drive sales, manage inventory and labor, and ensure excellent customer service. You will fill manager duties when absent, coach teams, and maintain store standards.

The role requires prior retail leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Expect to work in a retail setting with occasional travel and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Two or more years’ experience in retail or other settings.
• One or more years’ experience in retail leadership.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead store when manager is absent: sales, inventory, labor, scheduling, cash handling.
• Lead to ensure mission, vision and core values are followed.
• Coach and train, provide corrective action, and lead store teams.
• Ensure new hire and existing employee paperwork is complete and up to date.
• Follow presentation standards and keep store clean.
• Ensure promos, displays, and planograms are followed.
• Deliver quality food per the playbook.
• Be friendly with customers and resolve issues.
• Train staff on safety and EPA compliance.
• Be a community neighbor.
• Cover additional shifts when needed.
