Qualifications

• 2+ years leading a sales team in retail or services.
• Experience coaching a customer-centric team.
• Excellent communication and planning skills.
• Able to lift 10–50 pounds and stand long hours.
• Honesty and integrity with customer data.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to achieve sales and service goals.
