Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and supervises team members in day-to-day store operations.
• Mentor and coach teammates to meet sales and customer service goals.
• Support leadership in achieving department performance and guest satisfaction.
• Promote a safe, clean and inviting store environment.
• Engage with team members to ensure onboarding and training completion.
