Job summary

Target is offering a Stores Executive Internship in which you will gain hands-on leadership experience in a store environment in Phoenix. This paid program runs 40 hours per week and pairs you with mentors to develop practical management skills and guest service excellence.

You will learn how to drive guest experience, stock and display management, and daily operations, preparing you for a future ETL role within Target.

Qualifications

• This internship is a paid 40 hr/week, hands-on training program to develop and prepare you for store leadership.
• You will lead and work with a mentor to understand how Target's retail business works and how to excel in a management role.

Responsibilities

• Spend time on the store salesfloor and backroom leading team members and aligning on daily priorities.
• Lead daily huddles and present priorities with peers/leadership team.
• Provide summary of results and priorities to leadership.
• Help lead store operations and guest experience initiatives.
