Job summary

JD Finish Line is seeking an Assistant Store Manager/Supervisor to lead daily store operations and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, while managing inventory, visuals, and budgets to meet sales targets.

As a member of Management, you’ll influence store performance, mentor staff, and contribute to the company’s growth in a dynamic retail environment. Strong leadership and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Retail Store Manager or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Customer-centric focus with a passion for delivering outstanding service and memorable shopping experiences.
• Analytical skills to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.
