Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2–4 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or similar retail leadership role.
• 3–5 years of overall retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations to achieve sales goals and maintain customer experience standards.
• Supervise and support store associates in sales, inventory, cash handling, and customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with hiring, onboarding, and training activities; help maintain staffing levels.
• Maintain a safe, organized store environment and enforce policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards.
