You will lead a fast-paced team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while managing daily store operations, coaching Associates, and driving sales and efficiency. Ideal candidates bring retail leadership experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to loss prevention and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving, while minimizing shrink and damages.
• Attract, recruit, and develop Associates; mentor and role-model a positive environment.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, and store changes; assist with succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expenses, and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and operational programs.
