Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years retail leadership as Assistant/Store Manager.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving while minimizing shrink and damages.
• Attract, recruit, and mentor Associates, providing training and development and fostering a positive environment for both staff and customers.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, and store changes; provide input on succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and store layout improvements.
